Let's talk about what is tetrachloroisoindolinone pigments. The chemical structure of tetrachloroisoindolinone pigments consists of two parts: two tetrachloroisoindolinone rings and the diamine derivative R. Its color ranges from green light yellow, yellow, orange, and a few red to brown. Tetrachloroisoindolinone pigments have excellent sun resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance, and are widely used in paint, plastic, synthetic fiber pulp coloring and other aspects. The typical variety is pigment yellow 110, which has excellent light fastness, and its light fastness is still 7-8 at low concentrations, good heat resistance, and does not change color at 280℃ for 5 minutes. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the decomposition begins at 465℃ and only 4% at 420℃. Excellent oil permeability resistance, no migration. Another type of pigment of great practical significance is the isoindoline series pigment, whose representative product is the pigment yellow 139 (C.I.P.Y.139). Yellow 139 has good temperature resistance, with ideal fastness, solvent resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance are 5, 8 light resistance. Pigment Yellow 110 and pigment yellow 139 are typical products of tetrachloroisoindolinone pigments.
