Pigment Yellow 168 is a monoazo calcium salt lake, a gorgeous green light yellow, between pigment yellow 1 and pigment yellow 3 tone, low coloring power. Its application performance and pigment yellow 62 similar, is a monoazo calcium salt lake, excellent heat resistance, and has good light resistance and excellent migration resistance and solvent resistance, mainly used in plastic coloring and coatings.

Recommended for LDPE coloring. Recommended application characteristics are as follows: For plastics that need high temperature processing, such as HDPE, PP, ABS, engineering plastics, etc. Slight dimensional deformation occurs in crystalline plastics such as HDPE. Excellent migration resistance in soft (plastic) PVC, even at low concentrations (0.005%) of PY-81/83 migration intolerance. At low concentration, heat resistance, light resistance, migration resistance are maintained at a certain level, suitable for micro color mixing, will not cause deviation of color light. Environmentally friendly pigment free of harmful heavy metals (hexavalent chromium, barium), can replace chromium yellow, especially for light and high temperature resistant coatings, such as road paint, metal paint, etc. Environment-friendly pigments that do not contain limited azo (TCB, DCB, OD) raw materials, instead of ordinary PY12/13/14/81/83 azo pigments.
