Also known as copper phthalein blue, Heliqin blue B, pigment blue, cyanine blue palace, Monas blue B and so on. Belongs to phthalocyanine pigment series. The molecular formula is C32H16CuN8 and it has many excellent properties.

1, high crystallinity and stability, coloring power is several times of Prussian blue, more than times of ultramarine, insoluble in most solvents, when heated to 500 degrees, there is no sublimation and chemical changes, with bright blue, and good wear resistance and transparency.

2, now, phthalocyanine is not only used as a colorant, but also used in the fields of organic semiconductors, photoconductance, sensitizing agents for photosensitive resins. Therefore, copper phthalocyanine has become the largest and most widely used blue variety in organic pigments.

3. At present, the demand for it in the world market is increasing. Phthalocyanine blue is divided into type a and type b. The crude phthalocyanine blue obtained by industry is crystallized as type b. This phthalocyanine blue lacks the coloring power of the blue-green tone. In order to make commercial pigments, they must be pigmented to make them A-type.

Purpose:

1, used as colorant, widely used in rubber, plastic, paper, textile, food and other industries.

2, the sensitizer of organic semiconductor, photoconductivity and photosensitive resin.

3, after pigment treatment, can be used to manufacture phthalein blue pigment.

Note:

1. Phthalein blue is sensitive to heat and light, and high temperatures and direct sunlight should be avoided during storage and transportation.

2, phthalocyanine has strong reducibility, and contact with reducing agents such as sodium bisulfite and potassium bisulfite will cause chemical reactions.

3, phthalein blue pigment in the manufacturing and application process should avoid contact with copper salt, aluminum salt and other metal salts.
